ABOUT ME

Coaching, music therapy and music

- can they go together?

I say: Yes!

I spent a long time looking for the "one" way, only to realize that several disciplines are not mutually exclusive -

on the contrary:

They complement each other in a wonderful way.

As a coach, my intuition for verbal communication and personality processes helps me to open up new perspectives.

In music therapy, I use this knowledge to create spaces

for self-expression.

And as a musician, it is precisely this expression that helps me to understand myself and my art even better.

Professionalism and specialist knowledge are particularly important to me. That is why I have completed two master's degrees as well as additional further training so that I can carry out my work in a well-founded and qualified manner.

I invite you to take what suits you best.

Whether it's coaching, music therapy or me as a musician for your event - you can find all the information about my services on my website.

Feel free to browse through - I look forward to seeing you!

References

I'm happy to provide detailed references upon request. Here are some feedback from people who have gotten to know me and my work:

"I experienced Sarah's coaching as truly valuable and meaningful. With her thoughtful questions and interventions that really matched what I needed in the moment, she helped me slow down, reflect on what's important, and take steps forward. What touched me most was her creativity, the loving attention she brings, and the time she took to gently get to the core of what was really going on."
