COACHING

In my work as a coach, consultant and mediator, I help people - individually or in teams - to gain clarity in challenging situations and develop new perspectives for themselves.

The systemic perspective is a central component of my approach: we are never isolated, but always part of a larger context - be it in the family, in the team, in organizations or in social structures. Our challenges, decisions and inner patterns arise and have an effect within these systems.

I don't see conflicts, resistance or destructive patterns as “mistakes”, but as an expression of deeper dynamics. They have a history, a function - and deserve to be understood.​ 

Only then is change possible.
